Al Bigras, Regional Sales Manager for Ontario, will be officially retiring on November 1, 2021.

Al has been with TNR Doors since 2007 and has been instrumental in TNR’s success story over the last fourteen years. In November 2020, TNR hired Robbie Glassford as an RSM to take over sales responsibilities for the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) allowing Al to focus on the rest of Ontario during his final year, promoting both TNR and HHPD products in this newly created region.

As of November 1, 2021 Bryce Southwick will be taking over from Al as RSM for the Ontario region, excluding GTA. Bryce has been with TNR Doors since September 2015, initially as Business Development Manager and then, since February 2020, as Sales & Business Development Manager. Prior to that, Bryce has been working in the door industry since 1996, working for both door manufacturers as well as dealers, in a variety of sales and sales management roles. After nearly six years in a management role at TNR, Bryce has requested a transfer back to field sales where his true passion for building customer relationships and offering clients innovative solutions, can be fully utilized.

TNR will be hiring a Sales Director to work alongside Bryce prior to November, ensuring a
smooth transition as we continue to strengthen the TNR sales organization in Canada.
